Open House

Our Open House is coming up on October 12th from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and we need friendly volunteers to lead campus tours!

This is a key opportunity for prospective families to visit during the school day, see active learning in action, and experience our vibrant community. Because this event falls right during the October Magnet Lottery Window, families are especially eager to visit as they make their enrollment decisions.

How You Can Help:

• Volunteer as a Tour Guide: Choose between two overlapping shifts or stay for the full duration (10:00 AM – 1:00 PM). No experience is needed—a complete script will be provided, and Maire is offering a practice tour beforehand so you feel completely confident.

• Spread the Word: Know a family looking to tour BWCJA and learn more about our school? Pass along our tour request form!
