Bike Bus

Mark your calendars! The next Betty Wheeler Bike Bus is hitting the pavement on Tuesday, October 20, 2026. We’re kicking off the spring with a fun, active, and safe group ride to school.

Whether you are a regular rider or new to the peloton, everyone is welcome! Enjoy a bike ride or a nice brisk walk to start your day.

Event Details & Logistics:

• When: Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at 8:15 AM

• Where (Start): Start at the beginning of the route: YMCA Parking Lot (3150 Sublette Ave, St. Louis, MO 63139). Feel free to jump in and join the bus anywhere along the route! 

• One-Way Trip: Please note: this is a one-way bike bus to school. There will be no road monitors or support staff for the return journey after school. Bikes & gear can be stored in the BWCJA gym during the school day.

Help us show our kids that active transportation is possible, healthy, and a blast! We can't wait to see you there.
